2024 Wilyabrup Valley Rosé

Our 2024 Wilyabrup Valley Rosé is made with 100% Wilyabrup Valley Cabernet Franc, with only 2880 bottles produced.

The fruit was harvested, hand sorted berry by berry on our sorting table, then pressed and fermented in tank for freshness. A touch of wild barrel fermented lees was also used to contribute mouthfeel and palate weight.

The colour is bright salmon. Aromas are delicate - watermelon, strawberry, pink lady apples and grapefruit feature. The refreshing crispiness and savoury notes are well integrated on the palate, the fresh fruits of the nose mirrored on the palate.
